Not at all.
I just have a friend in the area, and if he could meet you to pick it up it would be better. |
I'll pick it up |
You are the friend I was thinking of. Now If Schizm is man enough to pay up on a bet, then the bottle is all yours. Merry Christmas!!! |
Let it never be said Schizm ever welched on a bet. Get monkey to meet me somewhere to pick up his bottle. |
Good man! Monkey did you hear that?? The bottle is all yours.
Schizm, I now respect you even more than before. _________________ Just when I think I'm out They pull me back in! |

No. I do respect your opinions and those of many others. Just because we don't agree about something is reason enough for me to hate you. In fact it is healthy to disagree. Can you imagine if everyone agreed with everything that others did? That would scare the shit out of me.
I wrote that I respect you because most wouldn't pay up on a lost bet on the internet. Thank you for proving that you are a man of your word and not some flake that won't back up his words without actions. I take my hat off to you! _________________ Just when I think I'm out They pull me back in! |

PM Schizm, and make arrangements for pick up or delivery. You have a free car, go and get it. _________________ Just when I think I'm out They pull me back in! |

Not sure about the logic behind this statement though:
| Quote: |
| A declining supply of teachers is likely to mean lower wages and poorer work conditions for teachers in Japan, Worsley reckons. |

Probably means a "declining supply of jobs for teachers...".
In the mid/long term, I think the bursting of the Nova bubble will put some rationality back into the market. Though it really depends on the consumers gaining sufficient confidence to be able to demand real English tuition, rather than the McEikaiwa system represented by Nova. |

Fewer NOVA drones is probably a good thing for Japan. _________________ 'Just wait till kids come. Bovine excrement will hit the percolator then.' P Haughty |

I love this
| Quote: |
Another large "eikaiwa" chain, Gaba, said its net profit for the business year to December is expected to plunge 53 percent to ¥387 million. Since launching their IPO in September 2006, the firm has lost over 50 percent of its share value.
|
Haven't I bee saying this for quite awhile now??
| Quote: |
Gaba's managing executive officer of marketing, however, remains positive.
|
As did Saruhashi
| Quote: |
| "I think the eagerness of Japanese people to learn English will continue despite this Nova incident" said Kazuko Nakada. "But I think consumers will be more selective about the school and lesson quality that they can provide. Gaba is receiving many calls about our services from students who want to continue studying. Because of this Nova incident a lot of people want to know about the services and payment system before they join." |
He just hopes that he can corner the market of desperate housewives looking to spice up their life with some young buck, and pay Y8000 per lesson and give the instructor fuck all in return.
Gaba will go ass up within the next 2 years.
Reasons.
Again, over spending
Not providing basic needs for instructors.
Giving no job security, housing, visas, insurance, transport costs..... The list goes on.
The instructors have to do their own tax returns in a strange language and if the get it wrong....well
I wonder if anyone will head the warning this time and not try to cut me down. Any takers?? _________________ Just when I think I'm out They pull me back in! |
